Corporate Packages
How to start the corporate package process
Corporate packages offer 5-10% membership dues discounts to qualifying groups. A corporate package is a group of individual members:
- Who are from the same company (but can be from assorted geographic areas around the world)
- Who have the same expiration date and renew as a group once a year
- Who pay with one check or one credit card number
- Have one contact person that coordinates with IABC and is the liaison between group members and IABC.
The beginning of the corporate package process is a price quote. To attain a price quote, submit the following to IABC T&T at membership@iabctt.com:
- The names of each person who will be part of the package (member ID is helpful, as well, for current or lapsed members)
- The location of each person (city, state or province, country). The location is required because chapter and district dues vary around the world.
Your price quote will pro-rate the time left on any current memberships; this ensures that your group doesn't pay twice for portions of any active memberships. A price quote takes about 72 hours to complete from the time the names and locations of each person in the group are received. Once your company pays the amount on the price quote, IABC will process each person in the group as a corporate member and they will be entitled to the additional corporate package benefits. However, after payment is received, no one can be added to the group until the following year, when the package comes up for renewal. The only possible change is a transfer, according to the policy (membership transfer details).

Corporate Package Levels
IABC (Corporate) Silver Membership
IABC (Corporate) Silver Membership includes:
- 7.5% discount on the applicable membership fee for 16-30 of your company's employees. (Applicable membership fee is determined by the member's locale. Dues consist of international dues plus district and chapter dues, which are determined locally.)
- One resource manual (PDF or hard copy) free of charge.
- 7.5% discount (in addition to the already-discounted membership price) at IABC's annual International Conference.
- 7.5% discount (in addition to the already-discounted membership price) on IABC knowledge resources: books, manuals, research reports.
Plus, if your company commits and pays for a two-year term:
- One additional resource manual (PDF or hard copy) free of charge (bringing the total to two).
- 10% discount (in addition to the already-discounted membership price) on the above-mentioned IABC International Conference and products. If your company commits and pays for a three-year term:
- One additional resource manual (PDF or hard copy) free of charge (bringing the total to three).
- A 12.5% discount (in addition to the already-discounted membership price) on the above-mentioned IABC International Conference and products.
Your company's responsibilities
- Membership for all participating employees paid with one company check or credit card number.
- Identification of a key member of your communications team to be the Liaison with IABC.
- Single, coordinated registration (together with single corporate payment) for any IABC events.
- Annual renewal of Silver Membership (if not initially committing to two or three year term).
NOTE
In accordance with the association's by- laws, membership in IABC remains the property of the individual.
Should an employee leave your company he/she has the right to renew the membership at a later date. In the meantime, your company may substitute another employee to benefit from the partnership until the renewal date.
Silver Membership
16-30 employees
IABC (Corporate) Bronze Membership
IABC (Corporate) Bronze Membership includes:
- 5% discount on the applicable membership fee for 5-15 of your company's employees.

international dues plus district and chapter dues, which are determined locally.)
- 5% discount (in addition to the already-discounted membership price) at IABC's annual International Conference.
